Privacy statement
毛常 Pawsitive Circle（「本平台」或「我們」）尊重你的個人私隱，並致力遵守香港法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》及保障資料原則。你所提供的個人資料將予保密，我們會確保資料準確及妥善保存，並只用於本政策所述及相關用途。
Pawsitive Circle 毛常 (“we,” “us,” or “the platform”) respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Data Protection Principles. Your personal data is kept confidential, accurate, and secure, and used only for the purposes described in this policy.
個人資料的收集
Data we collect
我們可能因營運及提供服務而收集可直接或間接識別你身分的資料，包括（但不限於）：
• 姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼及聯絡地址
• 帳戶登入及領養申請資料
• 寵物日記、上載照片及義工／機構申請資料
• 捐款資料（金額、類型、收據偏好、收據姓名及銀行轉賬收據影像）
• 網站使用記錄、技術日誌及 Cookie
帶有星號的欄位為必須提供；如你不提供，我們可能無法處理你的申請或提供相關服務。我們亦會分析網站瀏覽數據以改善服務；Cookie 不會在該情況下直接識別你的個人身份。
We may collect personal data that directly or indirectly identifies you, including but not limited to:
• Name, email, phone number, and contact address
• Account login and adoption application information
• Pet diary entries, uploaded photos, and volunteer/organisation applications
• Donation details (amount, type, receipt preferences, receipt name, and bank transfer receipt images)
• Site usage records, technical logs, and cookies
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required; without them we may be unable to process your request or provide services. We also analyse site traffic to improve the platform; cookies used for this purpose do not directly identify you.

How we use data
我們收集的個人資料將用於：
• 提供及改善領養配對、寵物日記、慈善市集及相關平台服務
• 處理捐款、核實銀行轉賬收據、發出收據（港幣 100 元或以上）及會計備存
• 管理帳戶、回應查詢及與你溝通
• 平台安全、法律合規及防止濫用
• 統計分析、服務質素檢討及平台改進
• 在你同意下進行直接促銷（見下文）
We use personal data to:
• Provide and improve adoption matching, pet diary, charity marketplace, and related services
• Process donations, verify bank transfer receipts, issue receipts (HKD 100+), and maintain accounting records
• Manage accounts, respond to enquiries, and communicate with you
• Maintain platform security, legal compliance, and abuse prevention
• Conduct analytics, quality review, and service improvements
• Direct marketing where you have given consent (see below)
直接促銷
Direct marketing
我們擬使用你的姓名及聯絡資料，向你推廣捐款、領養活動、教育資源及平台相關資訊。除非獲你同意或法例豁免，我們不會將你的個人資料提供予第三方作其直接促銷之用。
你可隨時電郵我們要求停止將你的個人資料用於直接促銷。
We may use your name and contact details to promote donations, adoption activities, educational content, and platform updates. Unless you consent or the law permits, we will not provide your data to third parties for their direct marketing.
You may opt out at any time by emailing us.
披露個人資料
Disclosure of data
我們不會向外界出售或出租你的個人資料。在法律允許及為達成本政策所述目的所必需時，我們可能將資料提供予：
• 資訊科技、雲端託管、付款或電郵服務承辦商
• 協助我們營運平台或與你溝通的專業顧問
• 執法機關或監管部門（如法律要求）
我們會與第三方服務提供者訂立合約，要求其保障你的資料，並只用於指定用途。部分資料可能於香港以外地區處理及儲存。
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Where permitted by law and necessary for the purposes above, we may share data with:
• IT, cloud hosting, payment, or email service providers
• Professional advisers who help us operate the platform or communicate with you
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by law
We require third-party providers to protect your data under contract and use it only for specified purposes. Some data may be processed or stored outside Hong Kong.

我們採取合理可行的技術及行政措施，防止未經授權的存取、處理或洩漏。只有需要處理相關資料並受訓的人員方可存取你的個人資料。
We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards against unauthorised access, processing, or disclosure. Only trained personnel who need the data for their duties may access it.
保存個人資料
Retention
我們只會在達成收集目的所需的合理期間內保存個人資料。捐款及收據相關紀錄可能因稅務、審計及慈善合規需要而保留較長時間。
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Donation and receipt records may be kept longer for tax, audit, and charity compliance.
查閱及更改個人資料
Access and correction
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，你有權查閱及更正我們持有的你的個人資料。請電郵 info@pawsitivecircle.org 提出申請。我們會於合理時間內回覆。
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to and correction of your personal data. Contact info@pawsitivecircle.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.

a. 我們有權不時修改或更新本政策，修改版本將於網站公布。
b. 使用本平台服務或提供個人資料，即表示你已閱讀並同意本政策。本政策以中文撰寫，如有歧義，以中文版本為準。
